I’ve just finished uploading the 11th tutorial in my MonoGame tutorial series, A Summoner’s Tale. In this tutorial I wire up the player and character classes to work with avatars, with a little extra on adjustments that can be made for the game to work more like Pokemon. I also show how you can move from the game play state to the battle state as well as set the avatars that will be battling and render them in a scene.
