Tutorial 37 in my XNA RPG Tutorial Series Eyes of the Dragon

I’ve just finished uploading tutorial 37 in the XNA RPG tutorial series Eyes of the Dragon to the site. In this tutorial I cover updating the editor so that you place animated tiles and paint collision areas on the map. I also updated the load and save logic so that you can save the maps and load them back into the editor.
